The Project

Family Support, Online

Thriving Tree Teaching is a PEI-based team of experienced educators and behaviour specialists providing in-home and virtual support for neurodivergent children, teens, and their families — along with community programs across Prince Edward Island. With 12+ years supporting PEI families and 15+ years in education and behaviour support, their team brings deep expertise and a genuinely neuroaffirming approach.

When Thriving Tree Teaching came to Brousseau Design, they needed a website that communicated their services clearly and warmly — a professional online presence that helped families understand their options, feel confident taking the first step, and connect with the right support. We built a WordPress site with dedicated service pages, program showcases, team profiles, an intake form, and a comprehensive FAQ.

The result is a site that reflects the heart of Thriving Tree Teaching — collaborative, neuroaffirming, and focused on helping families feel more supported and connected.

What We Built

Key Features

Neuroaffirming Service Pages

Dedicated pages for each support offering — In-Home Family Support, Virtual Family Support, Child-Led In-Home Direct Therapy, and Social Nights programming — with warm, clear language that resonates with families navigating neurodivergent support for the first time.

Social Programs Showcase

A dedicated programs section highlighting Teen Social Nights (Grades 7–11), Tween Social Nights (Grades 4–6), and Young Adult Social Nights (18+) — with clear descriptions of each program's format, age group, and goals to help families find the right fit.

Intake Form Integration

A prominent "Fill Out The Intake" CTA throughout the site — guiding families through a clear first step and connecting them with the right support package based on their child's needs and their family's situation.

Team Profiles Section

Warm, professional profiles for the four-person Thriving Tree Teaching team — Chelsey Broderick, Meghan Etchell, Mitch MacKinnon, and Joe Bantel — building trust and connection with families before the first session.

PEI Service Coverage

Clear communication of service areas — Social Nights in Charlottetown, in-home supports across PEI, and virtual options for families who prefer remote support — helping families quickly confirm availability in their community.

FAQ & How It Works

A comprehensive FAQ and three-step process (Intake + Matching → Personalized Plan → Support + Progress) that reduces anxiety for families new to neurodivergent support and makes the first step feel approachable and clear.
